2. Library Services: Offline library with hundreds of books on various IGNOU courses are available for rent at DIET IGNOU centre. These books are given for students to support them in their studies and assignment completion.
3. Exam Centre: During the final 2025 IGNOU term end examinations (TEEs) DIET Kupwara centre will act as the exam centre for IGNOU students.
