IGNOU MSW Admission 2023: The portal of IGNOU MSW has open for fresh admission for the January session 2023. Students can submit fresh admission forms for IGNOU MSW till 27 March 2023. Master of Social Work program admission has been made after passing a degree in the BSW. The program has two variants that include MSW General and MSW Counselling. MSW General and the counseling-based program fee are similar INR 36,000.

IGNOU MSW re-registration deadline has also been extended till 27 March 2023 with a late fee of INR 200. Students are required to deposit a semester/yearly fee at the time of re-registration. MSW program of two years includes topics like the origin, and development of social work, social work research, block placement, casework, women & child development, and more.

Master’s of Social Work (MSW) is a research-based degree course.
