If they decide to cancel their admission before the final admission list is released, students get a 100% fee refund. However, there is also a fine that IGNOU can incur on students. Admissions that are cancelled after the final admission list gets announced get a 15% fine. This fine is collected on the MCom course fee.

After 60 days of the admission final date MCom students get no refund on the deposited fee. Application fee and University development fee are non refundable.
