As per the University Grant Commission (UGC), the Bachelor of Legislative Law (LLB) course is not offered in distance education. Instead of direct LLB admission, IGNOU will start the application process for Diploma and Certificate in Law courses like Cyber Law, Patent Practice, Human Rights, Consumer Protection, Human Trafficking, and more. Admission process for IGNOU LLB/LAW courses for the July academic session is going to commence from 10 May 2026, with a deadline to submit the registration forms till 31 May 2026.
