IGNOU CCH Admission 2025: The 6 months Certificate in Community Health course is offered by IGNOU. Its registration fee is INR 300. Eligibility for pursuing this 6-month certificate program requires GNM/B.Sc. Nursing or PB B.Sc. Nursing or Ayurveda Graduates with BAMS. IGNOU CCH Apply Online

IGNOU has started admission for CCH course in the January 2025 academic year. Students can complete the admission procedure by visiting the official portal @ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in. This online admission process will cost an application fee of INR 300.

IGNOU CCH program is designed to enhance knowledge and develop skills in health care protocols and steps. It teaches topics such as the foundations of community health, primary health care for common conditions, etc.

Who is Eligible for IGNOU CCH?

Students need to apply after their bachelor’s degree. There are few degrees that are accepted for IGNOU CCH admission:

1. General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)
2. B.Sc. Nursing
3. Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing
4. Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery

Students that have any one of the above degrees are then selected by the National Health Mission (NHM). Under NHM center government selects students through the State Health Mission.

Fee Structure IGNOU CCH

IGNOU accepts fee in three categories. Student must pay:-

University development fee is accepted at the end of the IGNOU admission process. This is a one time fee, it will be collected after the selection of candidates. Students will also have to pay an IGNOU exam form fee of Rs. 200/- per theory subject. Practical subjects have an exam form payment amount of Rs. 300/-.

Step 1: Visit IGNOU admission portal. There are different portal for online and distance education courses. For distance education visit @ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.

Step 2: Register for new admission by clicking “New Registration“.

Step 3: After new registration, username and password will be given. Use this to login to the IGNOU admission portal.

Step 4: Start filling the IGNOU admission form.

Step 5: Enter details and select the subject for admission as “Certificate in Community Health“.

Step 6: Upload the documents that verifies the given details. They will be asked by University at the end of the IGNOU application form 2025.

This refund process is open till 60 days after the CCH admission last date. IGNOU offers no refund given after 60 days period.
