IGNOU Jammu Regional Centre: Regional Centre of IGNOU in Jammu started operating in 1998. IGNOU established this center when it got an invitation from the Government of J&K to provide open education to the people there. Regional Centre Jammu started its journey with one Learner Study Centre and has now established a network of 35 Learner Centres.
