IGNOU Study Centre M.V. College Buxar: Established in 1957, Maharshi Vishwamitra Mahavidyalaya serves as an IGNOU study center under Patna regional center. Step 3: Fill out the 2025 admission form.
Step 4: Submit photocopies of documents.
Step 5: Pay Rs. 300/-. This processing IGNOU application fee is necessary.
Step 6: Submit the final form.
