What is IGNOU PG Online Diploma in Development Communication
Online Postgraduate in Development Communication is a 1 Year IGNOU course for study of communication techniques between policy makers and the public. There are subjects like Human Development and Communication which deals with the content related to the human resource policies. IGNOU teaches the role of media in communication of the new steps that are being taken for economical, sociological, and cultural development. Step 1: There is an exclusive website for IGNOU online courses. Open it @iop.ignouonline.ac.in
Step 2: On the homepage find the link for “Apply Now“.
Step 3: After clicking on “Apply Now” , a dialogue box will appear for nationality. Select between “Indian” or “International”.
Step 4: IGNOU online registration form will open according to the selected nationality of the candidate. Register by providing the email, phone number, and name.
Step 5: Visit back the inbox of the email. Find new username and password for PGDDCOL admission student login portal.
Step 6: Enter the username and password to 2025 IGNOU admission portal.
Step 7: Start filling the admission form and select PGDDCOL as the subject.
Step 8: Upload the documents mentioned on the admission form.
Step 9: Pay the application fee online.
Step 10: Submit the IGNOU PGDDCOL admission form.

IGNOU PGDDCOL Fees
Both International and national students can submit their IGNOU PGDDCOL admission fee online. Indian candidates pay Rs. 5,000/- for this 1 year PG Diploma in Development Communication. This fee is collected after the admission process is completed and it is a refundable fee. Similarly, IGNOU PGDDCOL admission fee for SAARC students is Rs. 8,000/-. While other international students pay $550 for IGNOU PGDDCOL course.
Application fee paid during the online admission process is non-refundable. Similarly, the exam fee collected every semester can not be given back.

No fee refund is available after 60 days after admission ends.
