IGNOU Online MA Sustainability Science Admission 2026: IGNOU has commenced the admission process for the Master’s in Arts in Sustainability Science PG programme. IGNOU has start accepting online applications and registration for the MASSOL program in the July academic session. The admission form has been released on 25 May 2026 on the official Samarth portal, with a deadline to submit the form by 15 July 2026. The forms must be submitted online/offline with a fee of INR 300.  To apply for the IGNOU Online MA Sustainability Science, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university, and then students can apply.

IGNOU MA Sustainability Science course fee per year is Rs. 7,000/-. Enrolled students will get IGNOU learning materials and contact classes every semester. The July online IGNOU admission process is live on @iop.ignouonline.ac.in.

MASOOL IGNOU admission for the Online MA Sustainability Science course is open now for the July 2026 session. Applicants who have graduated from any recognised University can apply for admission within the deadline time frame, which is 15 July 2026. The Master of Arts in Sustainability Science online learning is a 2-year PG course at Indira Gandhi National Open University. The IGNOU MASSOL syllabus is a study of the principles of sustainable development and the practical application of these concepts. This course contains ideas and topics from many different subjects, like Economics, policy-making, geography, etc. IGNOU MA Sustainability Science students learn about topics like Climate Change and Society, Evaluation of Ecological Programmes, Ecosystems, etc.

Online MA Sustainability Science IGNOU Application

• Step 1: Connect to IGNOU online courses website. @iop.ignouonline.ac.in
• Step 2: Open the homepage and find the very first menu on the page with “Apply Now”.
• Step 3: Click on ” Apply Now ” and select the candidates’ nationality between “Indian” and “International“.
• Step 4: Register now online with email ID and mobile number.
• Step 5: IGNOU sends new username and student login password to the inbox. Check for the new credentials.
• Step 6: Open the 2026 MA Sustainability Science admission portal. Login using IGNOU student login.
• Step 7: Fill out the application form that appears. Enter information and choose the subject.

IGNOU Online MA in Sustainability Science Fees

IGNOU Online MA in Sustainability course fee is divided into 3 categories. Indian candidates need to pay Rs. 7,000 per year as the academic fee. While international students have two different fee brackets. Foreign students from SAARC countries  can pay Rs. 11,000/- to study in this MA programme. Whereas, other international students require a different amount. International candidates apart from SAARC have to pay $ 700 per year. This is the IGNOU MASSOL fee structure.

Application fee for the IGNOU online MASS admission process 2026-27 is Rs. 300/-. An exam form fee is paid every semester at IGNOU. Students deposit a fee of Rs. 200/- for every theory subject separately to fill the term end exam form. Similarly, practical subjects also have an exam form fee of Rs. 300/- per subject.

IGNOU Online MA Sustainability Science Fee Refund

Admission at IGNOU can be cancelled to get a refund. The amount of the refund depends on the timing of admission cancellation. Students are eligible for a 100% fee refund before they are selected for the final admission. IGNOU releases the admission list after submission of application form. Students can apply for admission cancellation in between that time to get a total return of the submitted course fee.

In case of students applying for admission cancellation after IGNOU selects students for the MA in Sustainability Science course, a fine of 31% of the course fee will be deducted. Maximum fine amount is Rs. 2,000/-. However, IGNOU fee refund policy does not allow students to apply for refund after 60 days of the admission last date.
