IGNOU CULOL Admission 2025 | Last Date, Syllabus, & Fees

IGNOU Online Certificate in Urdu Language Admission 2025: Certificate course in Online learning in Urdu Language (CULOL) is accepting admission for the 2025 session. This is a 6-month certificate programme that requires a 10th pass eligibility for admission. To enroll in this programme IGNOU asks an application fee of Rs. 300/-. Students can submit their application on the official IGNOU online course website @iop.ignouonline.ac.in. Last date for IGNOU CULOL admission is on 15 March 2025.

Foreign students from SAARC and other countries can also apply via the IGNOU website. Course fee for Urdu language certificate from IGNOU is Rs. 1,200/- as the IGNOU CULOL course fee. Online learning modules and Urdu recorded classes are given to students using IGNOU Learning Management System (LMS). IGNOU students use CULOL assignments to learn and understand this course. Term end examinations are conducted in the 6th month CULOL semester end.

Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is providing a 6 month Certificate Programme in Urdu Language Online Learning (CULOL). IGNOU CULOL syllabus covers the reading, writing, and spoken Urdu dialect and language grammar. Enrolled students will get learning materials from IGNOU online. IGNOU shall provide recorded Urdu classes on Learning Management System (LMS). This portal also provides subject notes as PDFs to be downloaded on the LMS portal online. 

IGNOU CULOL course also has learning assignments used for learning help. These assignments are given before the IGNOU term end examination every semester. This course can be stretched to 2 years. However, every semester students will have to appear for IGNOU CULOL re registration process. 

IGNOU CULOL Eligibility

Open to 12th pass students, IGNOU CULOL course is open for both Indian and foreign students. International students need to apply with an Indian 12 class equivalent degree. There is no limit on maximum age for IGNOU CULOL admission 2025.

Online IGNOU Urdu Language Certificate Admission Process

Step 1: Open Online learning IGNOU website. @iop.ignouonline.ac.in

Step 2: Click the “Apply Now” homepage link.

Step 3: Select the Nationality. IGNOU offers: “Indian” or “International“.

Step 4: Register with valid email ID and mobile number.

Step 5: Check the given email’s inbox to get username and password for the admission portal.

Step 6: Open IGNOU admission portal for CULOL.

Step 7: Fill in the application form that opens for CULOL. 

Step 8: Upload personal and academic documents. 

Step 9: Pay admission online processing fee.

Step 10: Submit the online Urdu Certificate form.

IGNOU Online Certificate in Urdu Language Fee Structure

IGNOU Urdu language certificate can be studied with a fee of Rs. 1,200/-. This fee is for Indian students. Foreign students fees is divided into two categories:

• SAARC students need Rs. 2,000/- for this online certificate.
• International students from Non SAARC countries pay $ 150/-.

Apart from the academic fee, students need to pay an additional term end exam form fee of Rs. 200/- for every theory subject. IGNOU application fee for 2025 is Rs. 300/-.

Urdu Certificate Learning Material PDF

Step 1: Open IGNOU LMS login page.

Step 2: Enter enrolled login details.

Step 3: After completing the login get to the course icon.

Step 4: Click “ALL” courses.

Step 5: Urdu Certificate course will be listed on the screen.

Step 6: Click on the Urdu certificate link and open a specific Unit.

Step 7: Download the PDF and save it.

IGNOU Urdu Certificate Assignment Status

IGNOU CULOL assignments are online assignments that are uploaded on the Learning Management System (LMS). Students can download the PDF form for offline completion and learning. CULOL assignments cover syllabus topics such as Urdu grammar and comprehension. IGNOU assignments have objective and subjective questions which carry 30% weightage in the final CULOL mark sheet. There are individual assignments for every subject.

IGNOU assignments work as eligibility criteria for IGNOU term end examinations (TEEs). Last date to submit the IGNOU CULOL assignment is 31 March 2025.

Step 1: Visit LMS website.

Step 2: Login to LMS IGNOU portal.

Step 3: Click on the “Courses” option below the address bar. 

Step 4: Select CULOL from the “ALL” courses option.

Step 3: Click on the “Assignments” icon.

Step 4: Open the needed assignment and open it online on the browser.

Step 5: Save the file offline as a PDF. 

IGNOU CULOL Fee Refund Policy

Students can get a fee refund if they cancel Certificate in Urdu Language Online Learning (CULOL) admission. IGNOU provides a 100% fee refund if admission cancellation is made within 60 days from 2025 admission last date.

After the CULOL final list is released, IGNOU fines 15% course fee on admission cancellation. However, the deductible amount is kept under Rs. 2,000/-.
