Services offered at District Institute of Education & Trainings
UG and PG enrolled students can use District Institute of Education & Training for contact classes and learning help. There are multiple support services available for IGNOU courses. Students can use the following services:
- Contact Classes: IGNOU provides one to one session between IGNOU teachers and students. These sessions are used as doubt clearing sessions. Students are allowed to ask questions and discuss the course details with subject matter expert and other students. Schedule for these sessions are given on the website of the Regional Centre.
- Library Services: Students can use the online and offline collection of books. There are several books and journals given to IGNOU enrolled students. After admission process 2025-26 IGNOU gives login ID password to students for online library service. District Institute of Education & Training has offline library with a collection of books on UG, PG, Diploma, and Certificate courses.
- Exam Centre:Â During the term end examination IGNOU uses District Institute as exam centre for IGNOU courses. Students use this centre to appear for examination to get their final IGNOU grade card.
