IGNOU Online MA English Admission 2026: Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) will start accepting online applications for its 2-year MA English program for the academic batch of 2026. A bachelor’s degree in any field is a prerequisite for enrolling in this master’s program in English. Applications will open online on the official website. An application fee of INR 300 is required for students. IGNOU Online MA English programme fee is INR 12,000 for complete course candidates can pay their fee online through the IGNOU official portal. Admission Process for IGNOU Online MA English

Students must go through 3 steps to successfully apply for IGNOU Online MA English admission 2026. First step is to apply online using the admission portal. IGNOU Online MEGOL Exam Form

The IGNOU Exam form submission last date has been extended for the IGNOU Online MA English course to appear in the Term-end examination in December 2025. You can check it on the official university portal @exam.ignou.ac.in to complete the exam form process.

The term-end exam must be taken because it counts for around 70% of your grade. IGNOU has released the date sheet for the Online MEGOL program. 

IGNOU usually conducts the TEE in two sessions (December and June) each year for online programs.

IGNOU Online MA English: Examination Pattern

IGNOU conducts two Term End Examinations in a year. Firstly in June and secondly in December. Students can check IGNOU Date Sheet on the Official website. IGNOU Online MEGOL Fee Refund Policy

Admission cancellation for IGNOU MEGOL online courses follows IGNOU fee refund policy. Students can apply for MEGOL fee refund at various stages of admission. In cases where students apply for fee refund before final selection they get 100% fee refund.

After the IGONU online MEGOL admission 2026-27 confirmation students get a fine of 15% course fee. Students can apply for a fee refund up to 60 days after the last date of admission. No fee refund after 60 days.
