IGNOU Online Certificate in Rural Development Admission 2026: Admission for the online certificate program in Rural Development (CRDOL) at IGNOU has commenced for the July academic session. IGNOU Online Certificate in Rural Development is a 6-month programme. To apply, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in any subject. where students learn about socio-economic factors affecting the transformation of rural society. This course is open to foreign students. Enrolled students from India will have to pay Rs. 1,800/- as the IGNOU CRDOL course fee. To understand what factors affect the development of rural societies, IGNOU offers a 6-month Certificate course in Rural Development online learning (CRDOL). IGNOU CRDOL syllabus consists of subjects covering the planning of development projects, management techniques and critique.

IGNOU provides learning materials using a Learning Management System (LMS) for CRDOL programme. There are recorded classes made by IGNOU teachers and rural development course notes. Students can download PDFs and save offline videos for later viewing. These learning help students complete IGNOU CRDOL assignments. • Step 3: Select on the Nationality pop-up: “Indian” or “International“.

• Step 5: Check the inbox to get the new username and password.
• Step 6: Open the admission portal for CRDOL.
• Step 7: Fill in the IGNOU CRDOL application form. 
• Step 8: Upload the mentioned documents in the online form. 
• Step 9: Pay the processing fee for the IGNOU online form.
• Step 10: Submit the application form online.

IGNOU Online Certificate in Rural Development Fee Structure

Indian students need Rs. 1,800/- for the complete 6-months of 2026 CRDOL course. This fee can be paid after the CRDOL 2026 application process. Foreign students have different fee structures. 

• Students from SAARC countries need Rs. 10,000/- for this online certificate.
• Non-SAARC foreign students $ 300/-.

To appear in the IGNOU CRDOL term-end examination, students will have to fill out an exam form fee of Rs. 200/- per theory subject. Application fee for the 2026 IGNOU admission process is Rs. 300/-.

IGNOU CRDOL assignments are uploaded on the Learning Management System (LMS) for PDF download. Students can download and complete the assignment. They provide learning help to CRDOL students by providing syllabus-based objective and subjective questions. IGNOU CRDOL assignment has 31% weightage in the final mark sheet.

IGNOU CRDOL Fee Refund Policy

Certificate in Rural Development Online Learning (CFLOL) admission has a fee refund policy for students who wish to cancel their admission. According to the IGNOU fee refund policy, students get a 100% fee refund if they cancel admission within 60 days from admission.

After the CRDOL final list of admission is released, IGNOU students are fined 15% on admission cancellation. However, the maximum deductible amount is Rs. 2,000/-.
