How to Apply to IGNOU Online CPSCM
Step 1: Go to the online IGNOU courses website @iop.ignouonline.ac.in.
Step 2: Click on the icon naming “Apply Now“.
Step 3: Select the candidate’s nationality between “Indian” or “International” students.
Step 4: Registration form 2025 will open. Fill in the email and mobile number in the IGNOU registration form.
Step 5: IGNOU sends login ID credentials for CPSCM admission portal to the same given email.

IGNOU Online CPSCM Fee Structure
For the CPSCM course Indian students have to pay Rs. 3,500/- for the entire programme. This fee covers only the academic fee of IGNOU online Peace Studies programme. There is an extra charge for the exam form fee for every student.
Foreign national students of IGNOU Peace Studies are divided into two fee brackets. Students with SAARC nationality need to pay Rs. 6,000/- for IGNOU online CPSCM. While Non-SAARC foreign nationals have to pay $ 400/- for this program.
Apart from the CPSCM course there is also an IGNOU exam form fee that must be paid by students. IGNOU asks for Rs. 200/- for every Peace studies theory subject. This fee is needed so that students can submit their exam form and be eligible for term end examinations.

IGNOU CPSCM Fee Refund Policy
Students can cancel CPSCM admission and get their deposited fee back. IGNOU fee refund policy allows students to get their admission fee back if they make timely fee refund requests. A 100% CPSCM fee refund is given to students who cancel their admission before they are selected for the final list.
While students who apply for CPSCM admission cancellation after being selected for the certification programme get a 15% fine on the course fee. Maximum fine for online CPSCM students is Rs. 2,000/-. These refunds are only possible if the cancellation request is made before 60 days of the last date of CPSCM admission. After 60 days no refund request is entertained.
