IGNOU Visakhapatnam Regional Centre: Smt. Dr. D. Purandeswari Garu, the then Honorable Minister of State for HRD, Govt. of India, established this IGNOU regional centre on 29th March 2011. IGNOU Visakhapatnam is the 3rd regional centre in the state of Andhra Pradesh at Visakhapatnam. The regional centre covers five districts, namely Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, East Godavari, and West Godavari, with a network of 25 learner support centres.
Admission are open for the 2025 admission session at Visakhapatnam Regional centre. There are many undergraduate and postgraduate courses, such as MA, BA, BSc, BSW, MSc MCom, MHA, MPS, etc., at IGNOU Visakhapatnam Regional Centre.
