IGNOU Online PGDGPS Course 2025
Post Graduate Diploma in Gandhi and Peace Studies online learning (PGDGPSOL) is a 1 year online course at IGNOU. This course is the study of Gandhi’s economical, social, and political views. IGNOU aims to develop skills in students to apply the understanding into interdisciplinary fields of environment and development issues of contemporary world.
IGNOU Gandhi and Peace Studies syllabus contains subjects such as Gandhi’s Economic Thought, Non-Violence Movements after Gandhi, Gandhi in the 21st Century. Eligible students can apply for IGNOU online Diploma in Gandhi. Students study this course with the help of IGNOU assignments, contact classes, online learning materials. IGNOU provides many learning resources like Learning Management System (LMS), E-gyankosh, and IGNOU YouTube Channel.

Step 1: Open web page for IGNOU online courses. @iop.ignouonline.ac.in
Step 2: IGNOU has provided “Apply Now” link on the homepage.
Step 3: Nationality must be selected “Indian” or “International“.
Step 4: Register to get the username for IGNOU admission portal. Enter email ID and mobile number.
Step 5: Open student login portal and login using admission details sent to the registered email.
Step 6: Start filling up the admission form. Enter details asked on the admission form.
Step 7: Upload the documents that are needed for admission.

IGNOU Online PG Diploma Gandhi Study Fee Structure
To complete this diploma course Indian students will have to submit a course fee of Rs. 3,700/-. This is an yearly fee. Although IGNOU accepts semester wise payment for this course. Academic fee for International students from SAARC and other countries differ from some amount. SAARC students have to deposit Rs. 6,000/- for the full PG diploma programme. While other online IGNOU PGDGPSOL international students pay $ 500/-.
In addition to the academic fees IGNOU collects application fee of Rs. 300/- during the online admission process. An exam fee of for theory subjects of Rs. 200/- per subject is collected every semester. For PGDGPS practical subject this fee is Rs. 300/-.

IGNOU PGDGPSOL Fee Refund Policy
Admission process for IGNOU PGDGPS online course can be cancelled. IGNOU allows enrolled students to apply for a fee refund in case of admission cancellation. However this can only be done till 60 days from the last date of PGDGPSOL admission.
In case of cancellation before the release of the final list of admitted students, IGNOU provide 100% fee refund. After the IGONU online PDGPSOL admission 2025-26 is confirmed, a fine is imposed in case of cancellation of admission. IGNOU fine student 15% course fee in case of cancellation after final list. But the maximum amount of fine is Rs. 2000/-. After 60 days from PGDGPSOL admission the last date no fee refund is processed.
