IGNOU Online MCA Programme
Indira Gandhi National Open University open admission portal of January session 2025 for PG level program of MCA. Students with a graduation degree in computer based courses can apply for MCA admission at IGNOU for the session 2025-26. Admissions are open for national and International students.
IGNOU Master in Computer Application (MCA) teaches students about the latest skills in computer software development. IGNOU Online MCA Program Application Process
Step 1: Visit the MCA online admission portal of IGNOU.
Step 2: Click on the “New Registration” and fill out the mandatory blanks.
Step 3: Revisit the IGNOU Samarth portal after registration.
Step 4: By entering a username, password, and captcha the “Log In” to the admission student login.

IGNOU Online MCA Fee Structure 2025
Both Indian and International students apply for IGNOU online MCA admission 2025. Online fee for IGNOU MCA is INR 12,700/- per semester for Indian students. For bridge courses the amount is Rs. 2000/- each.
International students from SAARC countries will have to pay Rs. 19,000/- per semester. IGNOU bridge courses MCS-201 and MCS-208 has an online fee of Rs. 2000/-. International students other than SAARC countries pay a fee of US ($) 1,300/- per semester.
There is an extra exam form fee for IGNOU students. Before the term end examination at the end of the academic semester IGNOU releases exam forms. Eligible students need to pay Rs. 200/- for every theory subject and Rs. 300/- for every MCA practical subject.

Does IGNOU offer Fee Refund?
Admission cancellation is allowed at IGNOU. MCA online course at IGNOU allows admission fee refund in case application process is cancelled. Students can apply for admission cancellation before the end of 60 days of the last date of IGNOU online MCA admission. Students get a 100% fee refund before the MCA online final admission list.
After the IGONU online MCA admission 2025-26 is confirmed a 15% fine is collected on MCA course fee, with an maximum fine of Rs. 2000/-. In case of 15% course fee is more than Rs. 2,000/-, student will pay only Rs. 2,000/-. After 60 days of the final admission date no fee refund is made.
