IGNOU Online Certificate in Russian Language Admission 2025: Students can apply for a Russian Language certificate course at IGNOU for the current session. In January 2025 IGNOU has an admission portal ready for this 6-month certificate course online. Students can apply with an application fee of Rs. 300/- and paying Rs. 2,500/- as the course fee. This course is open for Indian and International students. Students are provided with Russian language modules online for studies. IGNOU CRULOL Online Admission 2025
Online Learning Certificate in Russian Language (CRULOL) is a 6-month programme at IGNOU. This language course is open for online admission for Indian and Foreign students. IGNOU aims to build communication and comprehension skills of students in Russian language using this course. To help students better understand the Russian language IGNOU provides learning materials like online course modules and recorded lectures. These can be downloaded from the website of Learning Management System (LMS).
Students will be provided IGNOU CRUL assignments for practice and continued assessment. At the end of CRUL semester IGNOU will conduct term-end examinations. In the final result of students these exams will carry 70% marks. While the rest 30% marks will be calculated by the student’s performance in the CRULOL assignments.
IGNOU Online Certificate in Russian Language Eligibility Criteria
There is no formal education requirement for the online Russian language certificate at IGNOU. Although students must be over 18 years of age. This criteria is valid for both international and national students. Although a 10th class level English proficiency is desirable at IGNOU CRUL admission 2025.

IGNOU CRUL Online Admission Process
Step 1: Open the official website of IGNOU online courses. iop.ignouonline.ac.in
Step 2: Click on “Apply Now” link. This can be seen below the title of the homepage.
Step 3: Select the Nationality: “Indian” or “International“.
Step 4: Registration form according to the nationality will open. Fill with full details accurately. Provide email and mobile number.
Step 5: Copy the username and password for CRUL online admission portal from the inbox of registered email.
Step 6: Visit the admission portal and login with the new admission credentials.
Step 7: Fill in the application form online.
Step 8: Upload all the required documents.
Step 9: Pay the CRULOL application fee.
Step 10: Submit the application form.

IGNOU CRULOL Fee Structure
Indian students can apply for this course by paying Rs. 2,500/-. International students belonging to SAARC countries have a fee requirement of Rs. 4,000/- for the whole CRULOL IGNOU programme. SAARC countries include Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Maldives, and Nepal. Every other international student will need to pay IGNOU a sum of $ 250/- for the IGNOU Russian language certificate. IGNOU Online CRULOL Fee Refund
Students can cancel their Certificate in Russian Language (CRUL) admission and get the fee refund on the deposited course fee. This can be done within 60 days of the last date of IGNOU online Certificate in Russian language admission 2025.
Cancellation requests to IGNOU before the final selection list gets 100% fee back. However, after the release of the final list students can still make a cancellation request but with a fine of 15% on the CRULOL course fee. Maximum fine if Rs. 2,000/-.
Note: No fee is refunded after 60 days of CRULOL last date of admission 2025.
