IGNOU Online CPSCM Admission 2026
IGNOU Online Certificate Program in Peace Studies and Conflict Management admission process for the July academic session is expected to begin in the last week of May 2026. The application forms for admission will be released online at the official website. IGNOU CPSCM is open for students with a 12th or equivalent qualification. This online course teaches subjects like Indian Perspectives on Peace and Conflict. Through this, IGNOU students learn the development and history of Indian peace resolution techniques and movements.
Students can apply online for the July session @ignouiop.samarth.edu.in. With the online application process students get services like admission status checking, student login, and online admission portal. Through this, students can fill the admission form and complete the CPSCM admission process timely. This programme offers assignments and other learning materials like recorded classes for students.
IGNOU CPSCM Eligibility Criteria
IGNOU Certificate in Peace Studies and Conflict Management eligibility criteria requires students to have a 12th qualification. Students can pass from any state or national board like UP board, Delhi Board, CBSE, or ICSE board. Students can also apply with a 12th equivalent degree or qualification. Foreign nationals can take admission based on their 12th equivalent qualification.
How to Apply to IGNOU Online CPSCM
- Step 1: Go to the online IGNOU courses website @iop.ignouonline.ac.in.
- Step 2: Click on the icon naming “Apply Now“.
- Step 3: Select the candidate’s nationality between “Indian” or “International” students.
- Step 4: Registration form 2026 will open. Fill in the email and mobile number in the IGNOU registration form.
- Step 5: IGNOU sends login ID credentials for CPSCM admission portal to the same given email.
- Step 6: Login to the admission portal. Indian students must apply @ignouiop.samarth.edu.in and foreign students must go to @ignouforeigniop.samarth.edu.in to apply.
- Step 7: Start filling in the admission form accurately.
- Step 8: Upload the documents required in the correct format needed.
- Step 9: Pay the IGNOU CPSCM application fee.
- Step 10: Submit the admission form.

IGNOU Online CPSCM Fee Structure
For the CPSCM course Indian students have to pay Rs. 3,500/- for the entire programme. This fee covers only the academic fee of IGNOU online Peace Studies programme. There is an extra charge for the exam form fee for every student.
Foreign national students of IGNOU Peace Studies are divided into two fee brackets. Students with SAARC nationality need to pay Rs. 6,000/- for IGNOU online CPSCM. While Non-SAARC foreign nationals have to pay $ 400/- for this program.
Apart from the CPSCM course there is also an IGNOU exam form fee that must be paid by students. IGNOU asks for Rs. 200/- for every Peace studies theory subject. This fee is needed so that students can submit their exam form and be eligible for term end examinations.

IGNOU CPSCM Fee Refund Policy
Students can cancel CPSCM admission and get their deposited fee back. IGNOU fee refund policy allows students to get their admission fee back if they make timely fee refund requests. A 100% CPSCM fee refund is given to students who cancel their admission before they are selected for the final list.
While students who apply for CPSCM admission cancellation after being selected for the certification programme get a 31% fine on the course fee. The maximum fine for online CPSCM students is Rs. 2,000/-. These refunds are only possible if the cancellation request is made before 60 days of the last date of CPSCM admission. After 60 days, no refund request is entertained.

IGNOU Online CPSCM Assignment
Indira Gandhi National Open University has assignments for the Online CPSCM program. The last date is 31 October 2026* to submit the IGNOU Online CPSCM assignments. Without submitting the IGNOU Assignments, students can not appear in the term-end examinations.
