IGNOU Lucknow Regional Centre is one of the largest RC of Uttar Pradesh with respect to jurisdiction and enrollment. It was established on 1 December 1986, and since then, it has been growing in enrollment and study centres. The centre has been awarded the Gold Medal twice for Best Services, in 2004 and 2009. The centre has also adopted 2 villages to promote education and other health and hygiene awareness activities.
The Center provides services to the students of the central region of Uttar Pradesh (UP), which spans 32 districts and has 76 Student Support Centers. IGNOU Lucknow Regional Centre Admission
IGNOU Lucknow RC has opened the admission portal for the July session for UG, PG, Diploma, and Certificate courses. Students must be eligible for their desired courses. The fee for IGNOU registration is INR 300 for all courses. Candidates can visit the official website to fill out the admission form @ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.
During January and July of every year, IGNOU Lucknow Regional Centre conducts admissions twice a year. BA (Bachelor of Arts)
- It is a UG (undergraduate) course along with many specializations at IGNOU
- IGNOU Lucknow RC offers this course on the basis of eligibility criteria, and Students must have their 12th degree to enroll in this course.
- The duration of this course at IGNOU is 2 to 4 years.
PDCDM (Post Doctoral Certificate in Dialysis Medicine)
In addition, hemodialysis units are also covered in the course. Physicians will be trained for a year in dialysis, contributing to the development of trained manpower at various levels of health care.
- The MD or DNB in Medicine or Paediatrics is required (relevant PG medical qualifications will be considered in the event that there are fewer applicants who meet the eligibility criteria, i.e. Respiratory Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, Anaesthesia, Emergency Medicine, and Tropical Medicine)
- The minimum duration a candidate can complete this course is 1 Year.
