IGNOU Exam Application Form 2025: Last Date, Late Fee, & Download

IGNOU Exam Form June 2025: Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has open the exams forms for June 2025 ODL & Online programmes. Candidates can now fill out their theory exams and practical exam forms. To fill the online exam application form and Project Submission from go to the official IGNOU exam student login portal @exam.ignou.ac.in.

Currently the last date is extended for offline form submission to 25 May 2025 with a late fee. Students can fill the IGNOU Exam form June 2025 before the last date with a late fee of Rs. 1,100/-. IGNOU exam fee is Rs. 200/- per theory subjects and Rs. 300/- per practical subjects for every course. After filling the forms students can check the IGNOU exam form status. Students with submitted assignment status can download their IGNOU Hall Ticket 1 week before the exam date. 

As per the tentative IGNOU Date Sheet IGNOU June exam date is 12 June 2025*. IGNOU students can download their results after the examination from the official grade card portal.

What is IGNOU Online Exam Form?

As the date for 2025 June Term end examination (TEE) is coming closer IGNOU students should know about the online exam forms. Every year IGNOU releases online forms for semester end examinations in June and December. These forms are open for eligible students who have completed IGNOU Admission Process and submitted their IGNOU assignments on time.

Students can fill the IGNOU exam application form online, paying the examination fee for theory and practical subjects. These examination forms will be open for UG, PG, Diploma, and Certificate courses like BA, BSc, MA, MBA, DECE, CIT, etc.

After filling the forms IGNOU will open the exam form status portal for students. There they can check if their application is accepted or not. IGNOU June 2025 exams will start from 12 June 2025. They will end on 19 July 2025 after which students will wait for their IGNOU result.

Steps to Fill IGNOU Exam Form June 2025

Step 1: Visit the IGNOU exam portal @exam.ignou.ac.in

Step 2: Scroll down to the bottom of the page. There below the instructions click on the “I accept” declaration button.

Step 3: Now, enter your enrollment no. in the IGNOU student exam login portal. Enter the program code details.

Step 4: Start filling in other details too. You will have to enter your name, number, email ID, and choose your exam center.

Step 5: Recheck the details entered. Pay the non refundable exam form fees for every subject. IGNOU accepts Credit card, Debit card, and Internet Banking.

Step 6: Submit your form. Get the acknowledgement form.

How to Check your Exam Form Status?

There is an online portal for IGNOU students to download exam form status for 2025 June session. Students can fill the IGNOU exam form after completing their admission process. IGNOU only accepts the examination form of candidates with submitted assignment status. To view the current status of your examination form follow the below steps:-

Step 1: Visit the official IGNOU payment status portal for Term End Examination.

Step 2: You will find a dialogue box on the screen. Enter your enrollment number to search.

Step 3: Click on the submit link.

Step 4: Check the IGNOU TEE payment status appearing on the screen.

Exam Form Payment Not Showing?

After the submission of IGNOU exam form an acknowledgment receipt is generated. This works as the proof for the exam form submission. However, if the receipt is not generated for any student they can check their exam form status on the online portal. Although it will take IGNOU about an hour to reflect your payment status on the online portal.

But if even after an hour your payment status is still not showing you can can contact the IGNOU Exam Helpline. You can Email your query to termendexam@ignou.ac.in. In the email mention your Transaction Ref. No, Enrollment No. and Program details. For offline support you can contact your offline regional center.

To check the list of open IGNOU exam centers students can visit the official IGNOU student login @ignou.samarth.edu.in.There students can –

Step 1: Enter their IGNOU enrollment number.
Step 2: Enter the password.
Step 3: Fill the captcha.
Step 4: Go to the Search Exam Center section.
Step 4: See the list of available exam centers.

Note: If an exam center is full student will get the option to choose a different exam center for the term end examination.

IGNOU Exam Form Hall Ticket 2025

• IGNOU Hall Ticket for the eligible students will be available approximately 5 to 7 days before the Term End Examination is held.
• It is mandatory to have a hall ticket & ID Card while entering the exam hall.
• On the date and time specified on the Hall Ticket, students are instructed to arrive at the Examination Center with a printout of their Hall Tickets well before the examination begins.

IGNOU TEE June 2025 Date Sheet

For the June 2025 TEE date sheet is released on 15 May 2025. Examination schedule is available for all the distance education and Online course. IGNOU term end examinations will start from 12 June 2025. The last exam date is 19 July 2025. It will provide the date and time of the examination for every subject for the current session. Students can download the date sheet PDF on the website of IGNOU and regional centers.
