IGNOU Online MGPSOL Admission 2025
Admissions are open for MA in Gandhi and Peace Studies at IGNOU. This master in arts course is a 2-year course dealing with the Gandhian way of political discourse focusing on peace keeping effort of Mahatma Gandhi and his thoughts about non violence. This course has subjects dealing with political topics such as Civil Society Political Regimes and Conflicts and sociological focused subjects such as Woman and Peace.
These subjects are taught with the help of IGNOU services such as learning management system (LMS). This online learning platform has online recorded classes, study materials, interactive media based on the course, etc. Students can read Gandhi and Peace Studies PDF material online. After the IGNOU Online MGPSOL admission students will get the login ID for LMS.
Students will also have to complete assignments of Gandhi and Peace Studies every semester. These assignments are necessary to be eligible for the term end examination (TEEs). These exams are conducted at the end of every IGNOU semester.
Eligibility Criteria IGNOU MGPSOL
Students can apply to MA in Mahatma Gandhi & Peace Studies after obtaining a bachelor’s degree. Students are allowed to apply after graduation from a UGC recognized university. There is no minimum mark criteria. Students do not need to worry about any maximum age limit for this IGNOU course.
International students are also allowed to apply in this PG course. SAARC and non-SAARCĀ international students can apply with a bachelor equivalent degree.
IGNOU Online MGPSOL Programme Fee Structure
Indian nationals students have to pay a course fee of INR 4,500/- per year (exclusive of the IGNOU examination fee). This fee structure is different for international students. There are two types of categories for international students for this IGNOU online course. MA in Gandhi and Peace studies allow SAARC students with a fee of 9,000/- per year. This fee is collected online on the student login portal. For Non-SAARC international students $ 550/- Per Year (exclusive of the examination fee).
Apart from this there are expenses that every IGNOU student has to bear. These include fees like application fee, exam fee, and practical/project fee. Students have to pay a fixed amount for these categories that do not change with courses.Ā

IGNOU Online MGPSOL Application Form 2024
IGNOU Online MGPSOL Application Form is accessible for candidates in both the January and July sessions. Candidates are advised to choose a session according to their comfort. IGNOU Online MGPSOL Exam Form
Indira Gandhi National Open University has started the exam form submission for the Online MGPSOL program. Students can fill out the exam form by visiting the nearby Regional Centre of the university last date is 25 May 2024, with a late fee of INR 1100 to appear in the June Term-end examination. If any of the students don’t submit the exam form, they will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.
