IGNOU MCom Fee Refund

The fee refund policy of IGNOU allows candidates to get the deposit fee back. Enrolled students deposit the instalments of the MCom course fee for the 2026 academic session. If they decide to cancel their admission before the final admission list is released, students get a 100% fee refund. However, there is also a fine that IGNOU can incur for students. Admissions that are cancelled after the final admission list is announced get a 15% fine. This fine is collected on the MCom course fee.

After 60 days of the admission final date, MCom students get no refund on the deposited fee. Application fee and University development fee are non-refundable.
