February 16, 2024: IGNOU University in Jaipur has opened admissions for its January 2024 intake across several postgraduate management programs including PGDHHM, PGDGM, PGDMCH, PGDHIVM, DNA, PGCMDM and CESEIVI. The last date to submit applications is February 29, 2024.
Students who secure admission are eligible to apply for Government of India scholarships via the National Scholarship Portal (https://scholarships.gov.in/). Applicants should visit the university’s online admission system, select their desired program, read the program details like eligibility criteria, fees, duration etc. carefully before proceeding.

- IGNOU Assignment last date is 15 May 2024 for June Term-end exam 2024. Students submit their assignment before the deadline.
- IGNOU has released the Exam Form for June 2024. The last date is 25 May 2024 for IGNOU Exam Form June 2024 with a late fee of INR 1100/-.
- IGNOU has closed the admission and re-registration for all Online/ODL courses the January 2024 session. The last date was 31 March 2024 for IGNOU Admission and re-registration at @ignou.ac.in.
Key Steps for Online Application Submission:
1. New users must register on the portal with their own email ID and mobile number. Returning applicants can simply log-in.
2. Keep application username (8-16 characters) and password (alphanumeric, 8-16 characters) safe for future reference. These get sent via email and SMS instantly upon registration.
3. Applicants need to have scanned copies of Photograph, Signature, Qualification Certificates/Marksheets, Experience Certificates (if applicable) and Category Certificates ready in specified size limits before filling the actual form.
4. Applicants can make the fee payment via credit card, debit card or net banking.
5. Applicants must fill all details carefully and ensure all mandatory documents are scanned from originals and uploaded as per specifications.
6. On submission, applicants get a preview of their filled forms which they should thoroughly verify and save/print for future reference.
Fees and Cancellations:
A non-refundable one-time registration fee gets charged along with the first semester/year fees. Candidates wishing to cancel their admissions are entitled to fee refunds as per the rules stated in the Common Prospectus. Full fee refund is applicable only before confirmation of admission. Partial deductions apply for requests within 90 days of confirmation, post which no refunds are allowed.
